Zenit Abeba Hotel - Madrid

It was neat with excellent and best staff from the cleaners to the receptionists. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of outstanding food. Excellent and lovely location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Moreover, the area was very very nice....  

New-fashioned & beautifully maintained unit with good bathroom.

We got a room with a Jacuzzi. It overlooked street and had a GOOD bed.

The hotel is located in a nice area, next to a metro station. There are places to have a beer and tapas and a supermarket nearby. We wouldn't like to have stayed closer to the city centre because it was too hectic. Good access to everything, safe area....  

The brand new room I stayed in featured a modern design and the bathroom was super convenient - a walk-in shower instead of a bathroom that puts your life to risk... I also appreciated the free wi-fi (and a password that was easy to remember and type in)....  

Awesome location in the best barrio in madrid, very modern contemporary design , great access to the metro and close to every shop you would need on a week long getaway.

The staff were helpful in providing local tips, and my room was clean and modern, though a bit smaller than expected for two guests. The breakfast had a good variety, particularly the selection of fresh juices. I would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room for added convenience.

Nice and close to all the tourist sites in Madrid including the Bernabeau Stadium.

The rooms had no drawers for your smaller items of clothing. Not much of a problem because we only stayed three nights and lived out of the suitcase. But they would be useful especially for a longer stay. Breakfasts were very good value when the gentleman was in charge but on the Monday when the girls took over the service was very poor. Cooked food was cold, were given half empty cold jugs of coffee on three occassions, I think they were left overs from previous diners, in the end we gave up. Pity, because the coffee was excellent!!!

Had a great getaway with friends! We explored the city, checked out the art at the Museo del Prado, and enjoyed some tapas at local spots. The staff helped with reservations and directions. Our room was...
